Flow Yoga with Hattie Thorpe
Hattie will guide you through a gentle yoga practice.
- Cae Glas Park
This Yoga practice combines both softness and some strength to leave you feeling uplifted and relaxed. The practice will provide an opportunity to mindfully move, stretch and breathe to unwind the body and mind. The class will include a pranayama (a breathing practice), asanas (postures) and a relaxation at the end. The class is suitable for all especially beginners. Hattie is passionate about the powerful benefits of yoga to our physical and mental health and as an essential antidote to the demand of our busy modern lives. She teaches safe and non-competitive classes, focusing on intuitive movement to work with what feels good in postures rather than what looks good. She aims to teach classes which are highly accessible , welcoming all bodies, levels and backgrounds. After completing a yoga foundation course with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2017, Hattie decided to take her passion further and completed her 200 hour teacher training and is registered with the Yoga Alliance Professionals. Hattie teaches in both Oswestry and Shrewsbury and also assists on a Yoga Teacher Training course with Sandstone Yoga and Pilates. Instagram: hattie_yoga
