A morning yoga flow that combines breath work and movement to aid the mind and body into stillness and relaxation. We’ll be using our breath to tune into our bodies and notice how it feels, practicing intuition. We’ll then be flowing through a series of yoga postures for strengthening and stretching the whole body. The perfect start to a blissful Sunday! I specialise in teaching my students how to reconnect with their intuition. I believe movement can be a beautiful form of meditation, complimenting the stillness achieved in traditional mindfulness. I completed my yoga teacher training in Thailand in 2019 and I am currently studying for a diploma in Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle consultancy.
